At GlamRush2U, we believe in keeping you effortlessly connected throughout your shopping experience. From the moment your GlamRusher begins curating your selections to when your delivery is on its way, tracking your order is seamless.
Stay Updated at Every Step

Check Your Order Status
Using our app, it’s easy to stay informed.
On the App:
- Tap the Account icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Orders.
- Choose an order to view its status.
Follow Your Order in Progress
Once your dedicated GlamRusher starts working on your order, you'll receive a notification (make sure notifications are turned on!).
On the App:
- Tap See Shopped Items to view updates like replacements or refunds.
- You can approve changes or select other options for each item.
- Need to communicate with your shopper? Tap Chat at the top of the screen to discuss adding items or adjustments. (Note that certain items, such as alcohol, may not be added after the order is placed.)
Track Your Delivery in Real Time
When it’s time for delivery, you’ll see a notification and an updated delivery range in the app.
For specific delivery instructions, tap the Chat icon next to your Glam Rusher’s profile. (For safety reasons, response times may vary while they’re on the move.)
Waiting for GlamRusher Assignment?
If a GlamRusher hasn’t been assigned yet, it may be due to availability, weather, retailer conditions, or order timing. While waiting, turn on notifications to know the moment your shopper is confirmed, and feel free to make changes to your order in the meantime.
