At GlamRush2U, we’re all about delivering brilliance to your doorstep. Adding delivery instructions ensures every order reaches the right place, hassle-free. Whether it’s a tricky entrance or specific directions for your home, here’s how to guide the way.

When Can You Add Delivery Instructions?

You have several opportunities to customize your delivery preferences:

  • While placing an order
     to personalize that specific delivery.
  • After placing your order
     (as long as a GlamRusher hasn’t started working on it).

If your GlamRusher is already preparing your order, you can reach out to them directly for adjustments via the in-app chat function.

What to Include in Your Instructions

Help your GlamRusher deliver with confidence by sharing key details. Here are some examples to consider:

  • Parking suggestions or availability nearby.
  • Security codes, gate instructions, or building access details.
  • Your building or apartment complex’s name.
  • Directions to your unit from the main entrance.
  • Clear notes on whether to knock, ring the bell, or simply drop the delivery.
  • Tips for locating harder-to-find doorways or entering unique layouts.
  • Identifying markers to help pinpoint the best entrance.

Remember, it’s your responsibility to provide a safe, well-lit pathway for delivery. If you have pets, be sure they’re secured to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Unattended Deliveries for Your Convenience

Want your order left at your door? Select Leave at My Door during checkout. Your GlamRusher will take a photo of the drop-off for confirmation before they leave.

Note:
 Opting for unattended delivery means you take full responsibility for the order once it’s delivered. This includes potential loss due to theft or any damage from temperature sensitivity.

Adding Instructions at Checkout

  1. Start by tapping Go to Checkout from your cart.
  2. Confirm your delivery address.
  3. Select Delivery Instructions to add your personalized details.
